Hero MotoCorp has launched two new flex-fuel motorcycles in India – the Splendor Flex Fuel and the HF Deluxe Flex Fuel.
The Splendor Flex Fuel is priced at Rs 82,810, while the HF Deluxe Flex Fuel costs Rs 72,792 (both ex-showroom Delhi).
The motorcycles were launched in the presence of Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.
Hero MotoCorp announced that these bikes will reach dealerships from July 2026. Initially, they will be available in Maharashtra and Delhi.
What Makes These Flex-Fuel Bikes Special?
The new motorcycles can run on ethanol-blended petrol ranging from E20 (20% ethanol) to E85 (85% ethanol). At present, E20 petrol is the standard fuel available across India.
Hero had earlier showcased the HF Deluxe E85 at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025 in New Delhi. Compared to the regular versions, the new flex-fuel motorcycles are around 4% more expensive.
The company developed both models at its advanced research and development facility, the Centre for Innovation and Technology in Jaipur.

The Splendor Plus Flex Fuel is powered by a 97.2cc engine. When running on E85 fuel, the engine produces 8 hp at 8,000 rpm and 8.3 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.
