To help talented students from economically weaker backgrounds, the Uttar Pradesh government is running a Free IAS/PCS Coaching Scheme.
Under this initiative, eligible candidates can receive coaching for civil services examinations without paying any fees.

865 Seats Available for Civil Services Coaching
According to the Social Welfare Department, a total of 865 seats have been allocated for free IAS and PCS coaching across Uttar Pradesh.
An important feature of the scheme is that 25% of the seats are reserved for candidates who have already cleared the preliminary examination through lateral entry.
This will help serious aspirants receive better guidance for the mains examination.
The growing popularity of the scheme can be seen from the application numbers.
As of June 1, more than 5,500 candidates had registered, while nearly 2,850 applicants had completed and locked their forms.

Candidates can submit their online applications until June 18.
After the application process ends, the entrance examination for admission to the coaching program will be conducted on July 5.

How to Apply for the Free IAS/PCS Coaching Scheme
The application process is completely online.

Click on the “Fill Online Application Form” option.

Choose a photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card and enter the required details.
Then:
Select the examination for which you want coaching
Choose your preferred examination center
Select three coaching centers of your choice
Enter the captcha code
Upload the required documents
Submit the form
After successful submission, a registration number will be generated.

Enter your registration number, date of birth, and captcha code.
The submitted form will appear on the screen, which can be saved or printed for future reference.
