There is good news for bike lovers and especially for Bajaj Pulsar fans. Bajaj Auto has launched a new variant of the popular Pulsar N160 in India.
The latest version comes with several premium upgrades that improve both style and riding comfort.
The company says the new bike is designed to offer sporty performance, better braking, and comfortable daily riding. The introductory ex-showroom price of the new variant is ₹1.22 lakh.
New Features Added to the Pulsar N160
The biggest highlights of the new Pulsar N160 are the Gold USD front forks, ABS technology, and assist and slipper clutch.
These features are expected to improve handling and make riding smoother, especially in traffic and during sudden braking.
The bike also gets:
LED projector headlight
USB Type-C charging port
Single-piece seat setup
Stylish premium design
Bajaj claims the bike offers more confident handling along with better comfort for daily riders.
Engine and Performance Remain the Same
Apart from the new features, the mechanical setup of the bike remains unchanged. The new Pulsar N160 continues with the same 164.82cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine.
The engine produces:
15.7 bhp power
14.65 Nm torque
It comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and gets disc brakes at both front and rear. Dual-channel ABS is also available for improved safety.
Multiple Variants and Color Options Available
Bajaj has not changed the color options in the new variant lineup. Buyers can still choose from:
Pearl Metallic White
Racing Red
Grey
Brooklyn Black
The digital instrument cluster also remains unchanged. Higher variants continue to offer Bluetooth connectivity and multiple ride modes.

Prices for the Pulsar N160 lineup start from ₹1.16 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bajaj Also Updated the Pulsar NS400Z
A few days before launching this N160 variant, Bajaj also introduced an updated version of its flagship naked bike, the Pulsar NS400Z.
The motorcycle now comes with a 349cc engine, which helps place it under the 18% GST bracket and reduces the overall price. The ex-showroom price in Delhi is ₹1,80,092.
The updated engine delivers:
40.6 bhp at 9,000 rpm
33.2 Nm peak torque at 7,500 rpm
According to Bajaj, the bike offers a strong performance with a power-to-weight ratio of 247 PS per tonne.
