The demand for affordable and reliable smartphones is growing fast. Keeping this in mind, Xiaomi has introduced its new Redmi A7 series.
This lineup includes two models — the Redmi A7 and Redmi A7 Pro — designed for users who want good performance and long battery life at a low price.
Big Display with Smooth Experience
The Redmi A7 comes with a large 6.88-inch display, while the Redmi A7 Pro offers a slightly bigger 6.9-inch HD+ display. The Pro model also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, making scrolling and video viewing smoother.
Both devices also include TÜV Rheinland certification, which helps reduce eye strain during long usage.
Strong Battery and Reliable Performance
Both smartphones support 15W charging and come with a charger in the box. They also feature 7.5W reverse charging, allowing you to charge other devices when needed.
A smart battery system helps improve battery life. The phones come with LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB storage, which can be expanded using virtual RAM. This ensures smooth multitasking and everyday performance.
Camera and Useful Features
For photography, both models offer a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. These are suitable for daily use like photos and video calls.
Other useful features include:
Side-mounted fingerprint sensor
IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance
3.5mm headphone jack
The Redmi A7 Pro also gets advanced features like Google Gemini and Circle to Search, improving the overall user experience. It supports dual SIM and allows storage expansion up to 2TB.
Price and Availability
The Redmi A7 (3GB + 64GB) is priced at ₹10,499, while the Redmi A7 Pro (4GB + 64GB) costs ₹11,499 in India.
Both smartphones will go on sale from April 23 via Mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail stores.
