The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council is once again offering a chance to buy property in Lucknow through e-auction.

Earlier, the auction held on March 25, 2026 received only one bid, so authorities have decided to conduct it again on April 16, 2026.

Registration Dates and Entry Cost

The registration process started on March 27, 2026 and will continue till April 15, 2026.

To participate in the e-auction, you need to deposit a minimum token amount of ₹1.40 lakh.

Avadh Vihar Scheme: Premium Residential Plots

Under the Avadh Vihar Scheme in Lucknow, three residential plots will be auctioned.

All plots are located in Sector 8 and range between 312.5 sq. m to 343.75 sq. m.

Price and Token Details

Total property price: ₹2.22 crore to ₹2.44 crore

Token amount: ₹11.11 lakh to ₹12.22 lakh

Reserve price: ₹71,196 to ₹74,753 per sq. meter

One of the plots (8/38) is a corner plot, which usually attracts higher demand.

Vrindavan Scheme: More Options with Green Belt Plots

Apart from Avadh Vihar, the Vrindavan Scheme No. 4 is also offering several residential plots.

These plots range from 200 sq. m to 437.5 sq. m and include options like corner plots and green belt locations.

Total price: ₹1.42 crore to ₹3.27 crore

Token amount: ₹7.13 lakh to ₹16.39 lakh

Reserve price: ₹71,416 to ₹75,735 per sq. meter

Small Investment Option: Shop in Indira Nagar

If you are looking for a smaller investment, a shop in Indira Nagar Extension Scheme is also available.

All properties will be sold on an “as-is” basis.

Buyers can pay in installments, but there are some conditions:

Interest rate: MCLR + 1%

Late payment penalty: Additional 2% compound interest
