The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has released an important update for government and semi-government organizations looking to buy homes in the capital.

The authority has shared a new list of additional flats available under its bulk purchase scheme.

These homes are part of the modern residential project called Towering Heights TOD in Karkardooma.

The flats are located in high-rise towers equipped with several modern facilities.

Flats Available in Premium Towers

According to the list released by DDA, most of the available flats are located in three major towers:

Kanchenjunga (RT-01 Block)

Kailash (B Block)

Dhaulagiri (E Block)

The available inventory mainly includes 2 BHK flats in different configurations such as Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3.

These towers are part of a planned residential complex designed to offer comfortable living with modern infrastructure.

Size, Parking and Price Details

The flats vary in size depending on the category.

The total area ranges from about 141 square metres to 172 square metres, which also includes the parking space.

Most of these homes come with stack parking or single basement parking, and the parking area is included in the total flat size.

Prices depend on the tower and the type of flat. In Kanchenjunga Tower, the price of 2 BHK flats ranges between 1.85 crore and ₹2.04 crore.

Flats in Kailash and Dhaulagiri Towers are priced at around 1.82 crore.

Who Can Buy These Flats

This scheme is mainly aimed at central and state government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and other government organizations.

The idea is to allow these institutions to buy multiple homes at once and provide housing for their employees in a single, well-planned residential area.

This could make it easier for government staff to find quality housing in Delhi.

Prices Set Under New Valuation Method

DDA has clarified that the final selling price (disposal price) of the flats has been decided using its revised valuation method.

Organizations interested in the scheme can check the complete list of available flats, including tower name, floor number, and flat number, on the official website of the Delhi Development Authority.
