Honda Shine 125 Limited Edition launched in India

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has quietly introduced a special version of its popular commuter bike, the Shine 125 Limited Edition.

This new variant is designed to make the Shine range more attractive and stylish. It is expected to be launched for sale in India soon.

New Design and Stylish Look

The biggest update in the Shine 125 Limited Edition is its fresh design. The bike comes in a new Pearl Siren Blue color with Dark Blue body panels

and unique Shine graphics on the fuel tank. The updated styling can also be seen on the front visor, side covers, and rear cowl.

To make the bike look more premium, Honda has added Brown alloy wheels. These wheels make the Limited Edition stand out from the regular Shine 125 Disc variant.

Engine and Performance

In terms of performance, the Shine 125 Limited Edition is mechanically the same as the Shine 125 Disc.

is powered by a 123.94 cc, BS6-compliant, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine produces 10.6 hp at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.

The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox, which ensures smooth riding and good fuel efficiency.

Size, Weight, and Features

The bike has a kerb weight of 113 kg, a seat height of 791 mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 liters.

In terms of dimensions, it is 2,046 mm long, 741 mm wide, and 1,116 mm tall. The wheelbase is 1,285 mm, and the ground clearance is 162 mm.

For suspension, the motorcycle uses telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. This setup provides a comfortable ride, especially on city roads.

Expected Price

Honda has not officially announced the price yet. However, the Shine 125 Limited Edition is expected to cost around Rs 1,500 more than the standard Shine 125 Disc, which is currently priced at Rs 85,211 (ex-showroom).
