GST reduction makes cars cheaper (Check New Prices)

Since the implementation of the new GST rates on September 22, vehicle prices across the country have decreased.

The central government’s decision to reduce GST rates has made cars more affordable for buyers.

Under the new tax structure:

Vehicles shorter than 4 meters with up to 1200 cc petrol or 1500 cc diesel engines will now attract 18% GST, reduced from 28%.

Vehicles longer than 4 meters will now have 40% GST, instead of the earlier 50%.

Kia Syros

The Kia Syros tops the list of compact SUVs with the biggest price drop.

Kia Sonet

The Kia Sonet, another popular model from Kia, has also become more affordable.

After the GST reduction, the car’s price has dropped by up to ₹1.64 lakh.

Mahindra XUV3XO

Mahindra’s XUV3XO is known for its powerful performance and attractive design.

Following the GST cut, its price has been reduced by up to ₹1.56 lakh.
