Oppo is set to launch its new phone, the Oppo Find X8. Recently, it was reported that the phone has been spotted on India’s BIS certification platform, confirming its launch in India.
Before the official release, live images of the phone have been leaked. These images show a narrow-bezel screen at the front and a round camera module at the back.
The leaked images also reveal white antenna lines on the phone’s frame, indicating that it has a metal build.
Previously, the phone was seen in bluish silver and black variants, but the new images show an additional color option.
Key Specifications of Oppo Find X8
A user on China’s social media platform Weibo shared the full specifications of the Oppo Find X8.
According to the leak, the phone will feature a 6.5-inch BOE display with 1.5K resolution and ultra-narrow bezels. It will include an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor for security.
The phone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset and will have a 5700mAh battery.
It will support 80W wired charging and 50W magnetic wireless charging.
Camera and Software Features
The Oppo Find X8 will have a triple camera setup, featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens, although it will not support macro photography.
The phone will run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 and will include a customized virtual pressure-sensitive button and an alert slider.
In terms of build quality, the Oppo Find X8 will have a metal frame and a glass back, along with an IP68/69 rating for water and dust resistance. It is expected to be 7mm thick and weigh 190 grams.
Launch Date and Color Options
The Oppo Find X8 will be available in four color options: Black, Blue, White, and a new Pink shade. The expected launch date is October 21.
