Their issues will remain open for subscription until September 25.

A-One Steels India will open its IPO on September 24.

Its public issue is scheduled to close on September 28, giving investors a longer subscription window than the other issues opening during the week.

Six Mainboard IPOs and Their Price Bands

Elevate Campuses is the largest issue among the six, aiming to raise ₹2,100 crore. Its price band has been fixed at ₹343 to ₹362 per share.

Varmora Granito follows with an issue size of around ₹708.02 crore and a price band of ₹140 to ₹148 per share.

Swastika Infra’s issue is worth around ₹160.87 crore, with shares offered in the ₹175 to ₹185 range.

Adroit Industries India will raise around ₹150.71 crore through its IPO. Its price band has been fixed at ₹126 to ₹134 per share.

 IPO Subscription Schedule

The first issue of the week, Varmora Granito, will open on September 22.

Investors will then see four mainboard IPOs opening together on September 23, followed by A-One Steels India on September 24.

The combined issue size of the six IPOs is around ₹3,824.61 crore.

Elevate Campuses accounts for more than half of the total amount being raised by these six companies.

The IPO calendar comes as activity in India’s primary market remains strong, with several companies accessing investors through the mainboard and SME segments.

What Investors Should Check Before Applying

Investors looking at these IPOs should check the offer documents for details such as the company’s financial performance, use of funds, valuation, risks and the portion of shares reserved for different investor categories.

The price band and issue size alone do not indicate how an IPO may perform after listing.

Subscription levels, company fundamentals and broader market conditions can also influence investor interest and the eventual listing performance.

The six mainboard issues scheduled for next week therefore give investors several new public offerings to track, with subscription dates and price bands varying from company to company.
