If you’re planning to buy a new car in April 2026, this might be one of the best times to make the move.
Major carmakers like Maruti Suzuki India, Hyundai Motor India, and Tata Motors are rolling out big discounts across their lineups—some going as high as ₹3.50 lakh.
These offers come at the start of FY2026, after a strong year for India’s passenger vehicle market.
Maruti Suzuki Leads with Biggest Discounts
Maruti Suzuki is offering some of the highest benefits, especially on its premium Nexa range.
Some key offers include:
Up to ₹1.07 lakh off on Grand Vitara
Up to ₹55,000 benefits on Fronx
Highest discounts on Invicto MPV
Up to ₹45,000 on Arena models like Swift, WagonR, and Alto K10
Entry-level cars like Alto K10, S-Presso, and Celerio get benefits up to ₹37,500.
However, popular models like Dzire and Ertiga are not part of the discount list this month.
Hyundai Offers Moderate but Selective Benefits
Hyundai is offering discounts up to ₹60,000 on selected models.
Key offers include:
Grand i10 Nios and Alcazar: up to ₹60,000
i20: up to ₹50,000
Verna: up to ₹35,000
Aura: up to ₹15,000
An additional bonus of up to ₹20,000 is also available on some variants.
But best-selling models like Creta and Venue are not included this time.
The company has also seen a 2.3% drop in domestic sales in FY26.
Tata Motors Pushes Big on EV Discounts
Tata Motors is offering strong deals across both petrol/diesel cars and electric vehicles.
For regular cars:
Curvv: up to ₹55,000
Harrier and Safari: up to ₹45,000
Tiago, Tigor, Nexon: up to ₹30,000
But the biggest benefits are in electric vehicles.
For EVs:
Curvv.ev: up to ₹3.50 lakh
Harrier.ev: up to ₹2.75 lakh
Tiago.ev and older Punch.ev: up to ₹1.60 lakh
Nexon.ev: up to ₹70,000
Newer EV variants like Punch.ev and Tigor.ev are not part of this offer.
