The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is giving homebuyers, business owners, and investors a chance to buy property in Delhi-NCR through a mega auction on July 17.
Plots under 19 different projects will be available for auction. The sale includes residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties, making it suitable for both individual buyers and large investors.
Interested applicants can register for the auction until July 13.
Plots Available for Every Need
According to GDA OSD Kanika Kaushik, the auction offers a wide range of properties to meet different requirements.
The available categories include:
Residential and Group Housing: Plots for building homes and apartment projects.
Commercial and Industrial: Land for shops, hotels, offices, and industries.
Institutional: Plots for schools, hospitals, and community centres.
This gives buyers the option to choose the type of property they need from a single auction.
How to Apply Before July 13
GDA has said that only applicants who complete the registration before July 13 will be allowed to take part in the auction on July 17.
There are two ways to apply:
Online: Fill out the application form through the official GDA website.
Offline: Visit the HDFC Bank RDC branch in Rajnagar, Ghaziabad. Collect the application form, complete it, and submit it along with the required documents and fees.
GDA Expects Strong Response
The GDA is expecting a huge response to this property auction. All arrangements for the event have already been completed.
The authority recently earned around ₹213 crore from previous plot auctions. With a larger number of properties and strong investor interest this time, GDA expects the auction to attract even more buyers.
