Increased Tourist Arrivals

After the successful implementation of the visa exemption in November last year, Thailand has decided to waive visa fees once again.

Indian and Taiwanese tourists can generally stay in Thailand for up to 15 days with a visa-on-arrival, while those who apply online in advance can stay for 30 days.

This move aims to accommodate the increasing number of tourists visiting Thailand, with 1.20 crore foreign tourists arriving in the first four months of 2024 alone,

marking a 39 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
