There is good news for people who want to buy a home in Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority has launched new flats in Pocket 13, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the “DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana”.
The biggest attraction of this scheme is the 25% discount being offered on flats. Due to huge demand from buyers, DDA has also added more flats to the project.
This housing scheme is specially designed for serving and retired government employees who are looking for affordable and ready-to-move homes in Delhi.
Huge Demand for the Scheme
The DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme has already received a strong response from the public. Around 75% of the flats in this project have already been sold.
As property prices in Delhi continue to rise, buying an affordable home is becoming difficult for many families. Because of this, the DDA has introduced additional flats under the same scheme to help more buyers.
All flats will be allotted on a “first come, first serve” basis.
