The automobile giant has announced a final dividend of Rs 150 per share for its shareholders.
The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 28, while the record date has been fixed as May 29, 2026.
Big Dividend Announcement for Shareholders
Bajaj Auto has declared a final dividend of Rs 150 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10.
According to the company’s exchange filing, this translates to a 1500% dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
To be eligible for this payout, investors must be listed as shareholders by the record date of May 29, 2026.
If approved, the dividend amount will be credited to eligible shareholders’ demat accounts on or around July 24, 2026.
For comparison, in FY25, Bajaj Auto had paid an even higher dividend of Rs 210 per share.
Strong Performance in Q4FY26 Results
Along with the dividend update, Bajaj Auto also reported strong financial performance for the March quarter.
The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs 2,746 crore, marking a 34% increase compared to Rs 2,049 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations also showed strong growth, rising 32% to Rs 16,006 crore.
EBITDA performance was equally strong, increasing 36% year-on-year to Rs 3,323 crore.
These numbers highlight solid operational performance across key business areas.
