This week, some new companies are going to start selling their shares to the public. Four companies are going to do this, including two bigger ones and two smaller ones.
Popular Vehicles & Services
One of the bigger companies is called Popular Vehicles & Services. They’re going to sell a total of about Rs 601.55 crore worth of shares.
People who want to buy shares need to pay between Rs 280 and Rs 295 for each share. You have to buy at least 50 shares, which will cost at least Rs 14,750.
The sale starts on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, and ends on Thursday, March 14, 2024. If you buy shares, you’ll know if you got them on Friday, March 15, 2024.
The shares will start being traded on the stock market on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Popular Vehicles & Services sells and services cars and other vehicles in India.
Pratham EPC Projects
The other big company is Pratham EPC Projects. They’re going to sell about Rs 36 crore worth of shares. Each share will cost between Rs 71 and Rs 75.
You have to buy at least 1600 shares, which will cost at least Rs 120,000. The sale starts on Monday, March 11, 2024, and ends on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
You’ll know if you got shares on Thursday, March 14, 2024. The shares will start being traded on Monday, March 18, 2024.

Signoria Creation
The two smaller companies are Signoria Creation and Krystal Integrated Services. Signoria Creation is going to sell about Rs 9.28 crore worth of shares.
Each share will cost between Rs 61 and Rs 65. You have to buy at least 2000 shares, which will cost at least Rs 130,000.
The sale starts on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, and ends on Thursday, March 14, 2024. You’ll know if you got shares on Friday, March 15, 2024.

Krystal Integrated Services
Krystal Integrated Services is going to sell a mix of new and existing shares. The new shares will be worth about Rs 175 crore.
The price of each share will be between Rs 680 and Rs 715. The sale starts on Thursday, March 14, 2024, and ends on Monday, March 18, 2024.
