Citroen has delivered a pre-Diwali shock by increasing the prices of its eC3 electric hatchback for the second time in less than a year.
Launched earlier this year, the first price hike occurred in August, primarily sparing the base variant.
However, this time around, Citroen has implemented a uniform increase of Rs 11,000 across all variants.

The Citroen eC3 now ranges between Rs 11.61 lakh to Rs 12.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Available in two trims – Live and Feel, it offers a spacious 315-litre boot.
With a ground clearance of 170 mm, the electric hatchback is equipped with a 29.2kWh battery pack, delivering 57PS power and 143Nm torque.
It boasts an impressive ARAI-certified range of up to 320 kilometers on a full charge.
Charging Efficiency:
Charging the battery from 0 to 100 percent takes approximately 10 hours 30 minutes with a 15 amp plug point. Using a DC fast charger, the eC3 charges from 10 to 80 percent in just 57 minutes.
