Kia is all set to unveil the facelift model of the popular Kia Seltos on July 4th.
Even before its official launch, several details about the car have been revealed.
Earlier, leaked photos showcased the updated front and rear of the vehicle.
Now, the interior details of the HTK and HTK Plus variants of the facelifted model have also surfaced.
These leaks suggest that the Indian market version of the facelifted Seltos will feature several small changes, setting it apart from the global model.
Seltos Facelift HTK Variant Offers Impressive Features
The HTK variant of the Seltos facelift will be positioned above the base model, and multiple variants will be available within each trim level, including HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, and X Line.
In the HTK variant, Kia has introduced front parking sensors and a fully digital instrument console, both of which were not available in the previous model.
Additionally, the HTK variant is expected to come with a rear washer and wiper.
The 8-inch infotainment screen with smartphone connectivity remains the same as the previous model.
The manual HVAC panel and rear AC vents also remain unchanged.
However, the Kia Seltos facelift HTK+ variant now features automatic climate control, a new addition compared to the previous version.
The HVAC panel remains consistent with the top trims of the outgoing Seltos.
Notable new changes include a Type-C charging port in the center console, as well as the inclusion of cruise control, push-button start, alloy wheels, and various other features.

3) Standard 6 Airbags
In line with the government’s upcoming safety regulations that mandate 6 airbags from October 1st, the Kia Seltos facelift will now come with 6 airbags as standard.

To comply with the BS6 Phase 2 emission norms, the previous 1.4-litre tGDi engine has been replaced in the Seltos lineup.
The facelifted model now features a new 1.5-litre tGDi engine, capable of generating 158BHP and 253NM peak torque.
It will be paired with a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
