SRIT India IPO Shares may Rise Strongly on Listing

SRIT India IPO Listing saw the shares open at ₹148 on the NSE on October 6, 2026, against the issue price of ₹130.

This marked a 13.85% premium on the NSE, while the stock began trading at ₹139.80 on the BSE, a 7.54% premium.

 SRIT India IPO Listing at ₹148

The ₹218.40-crore SRIT India IPO was listed on both the NSE and BSE on Tuesday.

The company had fixed its IPO price band at ₹123 to ₹130 per share, with the final issue price set at the upper end of the band.

The listing price was below the level indicated by grey market estimates before the debut.

The grey market premium had suggested a potential listing price of around ₹190–₹191, although GMP is an unofficial indicator and does not guarantee the actual market price.

 SRIT India IPO Gets Strong Subscription

The public issue received a strong response during its three-day subscription period from September 28 to September 30. The IPO was subscribed 125.16 times overall.

The retail portion was subscribed 63.70 times, while qualified institutional buyers subscribed 91.84 times.

The non-institutional investor category recorded the highest subscription at 312.99 times.

The IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 1.68 crore equity shares and had no offer-for-sale component.At the upper price band of ₹130, the minimum application for one lot of 115 shares required ₹14,950.

Where SRIT India Will Use IPO Money

SRIT India plans to use a major portion of the IPO proceeds for working capital requirements. The company has earmarked ₹124 crore for this purpose.

Another ₹12.86 crore is planned for capital expenditure related to modernisation of existing products and redevelopment.

The remaining funds are intended for potential acquisitions, other strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes.

 SRIT India Business and Financial Performance

SRIT India is a Bengaluru-headquartered IT and IT-enabled services company.

Its business includes digital solutions, custom application development and system integration, with operations across healthcare, e-governance, telecommunications and broadband.

The company reported total income of ₹463 crore in FY26, compared with ₹401 crore in FY25.

Its profit after tax increased to ₹43 crore from ₹34 crore during the same period. 

SRIT India IPO Listing therefore delivered a positive debut, although the opening price remained below the premium indicated by pre-listing grey market activity.

Investors should note that listing gains and subsequent share-price movements can change after trading begins.
