Adroit Industries IPO Fully Subscribed Within 2 Hours

Adroit Industries IPO was fully subscribed within the first two hours of bidding on September 23, 2026, marking a strong opening for the ₹150.71 crore public issue.

Retail investors were among the early participants driving demand.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 23 and will remain open until September 25. The issue has a price band of ₹126 to ₹134 per share, with a minimum lot size of 111 shares.

 Adroit Industries IPO Gets Strong Day 1 Demand

Adroit Industries IPO received bids for more shares than the total number available within the first two hours.

Exchange data cited in market reports showed the issue receiving around 1.5 times subscription by 11:50 am on September 23.

Retail investors showed particularly strong interest, with the retail portion subscribed around 2.28 times at that point.

The non-institutional investor category was also subscribed, while qualified institutional buyer participation was yet to pick up significantly during the early part of the session.

The public issue consists of a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh shares worth ₹132.62 crore and an offer for sale of 13.50 lakh shares worth ₹18.09 crore.

What Adroit Industries IPO Investors Should Know

The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹126–₹134 per share. At the upper price band, retail investors need ₹14,874 for one lot of 111 shares.

The bidding window will close on September 25.

The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 28, followed by the credit of shares and refund process on September 29, according to the reported IPO schedule.

Shares are scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on September 30.

Where Adroit Industries Will Use IPO Money

Adroit Industries plans to use part of the fresh issue proceeds to purchase machinery and equipment for its manufacturing facilities in Dewas and Pithampur.

The company also plans to purchase transportation vehicles for movement of goods between its facilities.

Around ₹24.1 crore has been earmarked for repayment of debt of its subsidiary, Adroit Driveshafts. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.

Adroit Industries manufactures propeller shafts and other torque-transmission components used in driveline systems.

The company operates manufacturing facilities in Madhya Pradesh and has a product portfolio of more than 5,000 torque-transmission components and assemblies.

The company primarily follows a B2B model, supplying products to distributors, Tier-1 driveline component suppliers and original equipment manufacturers in India and overseas markets.

Adroit Industries IPO Subscription Is Still Open

Although the issue was fully subscribed early on the first day, bidding remains open until September 25.

Investors can therefore continue to submit applications during the remaining subscription period, subject to the applicable IPO rules.

Subscription figures can change throughout the bidding period. Investors should check the latest exchange data and the official issue documents before making any investment decision.
