Planning to buy a Samsung smartphone? You may now have to spend more.
Samsung has reportedly increased the prices of several smartphones in India, including the Galaxy A17, Galaxy A27, Galaxy F17 and Galaxy A07 5G.
The price revisions come at a time when smartphone companies are facing pressure on their profit margins. Brands such as OPPO and Vivo have also increased prices recently.
Here are the new prices you should know before buying.
Samsung Galaxy A17 Price Increased Sharply
The Galaxy A17 has received a significant price increase across its variants.
6GB + 128GB: ₹29,999, up from ₹19,499
8GB + 128GB: ₹32,999, up from ₹20,999
8GB + 256GB: ₹38,499, up from ₹23,999
This means buyers could now have to pay considerably more for the same storage and RAM configurations.
Galaxy A27 Gets a ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 Price Increase
The Samsung Galaxy A27 has also become more expensive.
The 6GB + 128GB variant now costs ₹33,999, compared with ₹31,999 earlier.
The other two variants are priced at:
8GB + 128GB: ₹38,999, up from ₹34,999
8GB + 256GB: ₹45,499, up from ₹40,499
So, depending on the variant, the price increase ranges from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000.
Galaxy F17 Becomes ₹3,500 More Expensive
The Galaxy F17 has received a flat ₹3,500 price hike across its variants.
Its revised prices are:
4GB + 128GB: ₹23,499
6GB + 128GB: ₹26,499
8GB + 128GB: ₹29,499
The price increase could make the phone less attractive to buyers looking for a budget-friendly Samsung device.
Galaxy A07 5G Gets a Smaller Price Hike
The Galaxy A07 5G has also become more expensive, although the increase is smaller compared with some of the other models.
The 4GB + 128GB variant has received a ₹1,000 hike, while the 6GB + 128GB version is now ₹2,000 more expensive.
However, prices can vary across different online and offline platforms, so buyers may still find these smartphones at different prices.
