The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing offer ahead of Raksha Bandhan.

The authority has added 1,287 more flats to its Citizen Housing Scheme 2026 in Narela and is offering them at a 25% discount.

This could be a good opportunity for people looking to buy a home in Delhi at a lower price. Booking for these flats will begin on August 28, 2026.

1,287 New Flats Added Under the Scheme

According to a DDA circular issued on August 18, 2026, the new flats are located in Pockets 3 and 4 of Sectors A1-A4, Narela.

Out of the total 1,287 flats:

790 flats are for the Middle Income Group (MIG)

497 flats are for the High Income Group (HIG)

DDA has also released a detailed list showing the location, size, and discounted price of each flat.

Booking Opens on August 28

Booking for these flats will start at 12 noon on August 28.

The flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. This means buyers who complete the booking process first will have a better chance of getting their preferred flat.

Interested applicants should be ready to apply as soon as bookings open.

Get Up to 25% Discount

DDA is offering a 25% discount on the prices of these newly added flats.

Most MIG flats have a carpet area of 126 to 140 square metres. After the discount, their prices range from around ₹73.7 lakh to ₹81.8 lakh.

The authority has published the discounted price of every flat separately.

All purchases will be governed by the rules and conditions of the Citizen Housing Scheme 2026.
