Realme has increased the prices of several of its smartphones in India. The revised prices came into effect on August 18, 2026.
The price hike applies to the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, Realme 16 Pro 5G, Realme 16 5G, Realme 16T 5G, and a few budget-friendly C-series smartphones.
According to reports, the company has increased prices because the cost of memory, chipsets, and other smartphone components has gone up.
Realme 16 Pro+ and 16 Pro see the biggest price hike
The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G has received the highest price increase. The 8GB + 128GB variant now costs ₹53,999, up from ₹49,999.
The 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants are now priced at ₹55,999 and ₹58,999, respectively, after a ₹3,000 hike.
The phone comes with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, a 6.80-inch display, a 200MP primary camera, and a 7,000mAh battery. It runs on Realme UI based on Android 16.
The Realme 16 Pro 5G has also become more expensive. The 8GB + 128GB model now costs ₹44,999, which is ₹4,000 more than before.
The 8GB + 256GB variant is now priced at ₹46,999, while the 12GB + 256GB version costs ₹49,999.
Realme 16 5G and 16T 5G also get a price hike
Realme has increased the price of all Realme 16 5G variants by ₹1,000.
The new prices are:
8GB + 128GB: ₹36,999
8GB + 256GB: ₹39,999
12GB + 256GB: ₹42,999
The Realme 16T 5G has also become ₹1,000 more expensive. Its revised prices are:
6GB + 128GB: ₹32,999
8GB + 128GB: ₹35,999
8GB + 256GB: ₹36,999
Budget Realme C-series phones are now pricier too
The price hike is not limited to premium phones. Realme has also increased the prices of some C-series models.
The Realme C83 5G now costs:
4GB + 64GB: ₹18,499 (earlier ₹17,499)
4GB + 128GB: ₹21,499
6GB + 128GB: ₹24,499
The Realme C100x 4G has also become more expensive. Its 4GB + 64GB variant is now priced at ₹16,999, up from ₹14,999.
If you are planning to buy a new Realme smartphone, you may now have to spend anywhere between ₹1,000 and ₹4,000 more, depending on the model and storage variant you choose.
