Motorola has launched its new Moto Pad 70 tablet in India. The company says it is one of the thinnest and lightest tablets in its segment.
It is designed for students, professionals, creators, and users who want entertainment on a bigger screen.
The Moto Pad 70 comes with a 12.1-inch 2.5K display, MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor, 5G connectivity, AI-powered features, Moto Pen support,
and a massive 10,200mAh battery. It also gets an all-metal body for a premium look and feel.
Slim and Lightweight Design
The Moto Pad 70 is just 6.29mm thick and weighs around 530 grams, making it easy to carry in a backpack or handbag.
Motorola is offering the tablet in a PANTONE Titan Sea Angel finish. Its all-metal construction gives it a premium appearance while keeping the device slim and portable.
Large 12.1-inch 2.5K Display
One of the biggest highlights of the Moto Pad 70 is its 12.1-inch 2.5K display. It offers up to 800 nits of brightness and covers 96% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The display also comes with TÜV Rheinland certification for improved eye comfort during longer viewing sessions.
This makes the tablet suitable for watching movies, attending online classes, reading, gaming, and working on documents.
For entertainment, Motorola has added quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio, offering a more immersive sound experience.
5G Connectivity for Faster Internet
The Moto Pad 70 supports 5G connectivity, allowing users to access high-speed internet even when Wi-Fi is unavailable.
This can be useful for video calls, online classes, streaming, downloading files, and working while travelling.
AI Features and Moto Pen Support
Motorola has packed the Moto Pad 70 with several AI-powered productivity tools. It comes with a Moto Pen, which can be used for writing, drawing, taking notes, and other creative tasks.
AI Writing Tools can provide writing suggestions and help users rewrite or improve content. AI Notes can turn lengthy notes into shorter summaries, which can be useful for both students and professionals.
The tablet also supports Circle to Search with Google, allowing users to search for information about something on the screen without switching apps.
Google Gemini is also available for brainstorming ideas, understanding difficult topics, creating content, and getting assistance through text, voice, photos, or the camera.
Smart Connect Makes Working Across Devices Easier
Motorola’s Smart Connect feature allows the tablet to work more smoothly with compatible smartphones and PCs.
Users can share files, access photos, sync content, and continue certain tasks across connected devices. This makes the tablet more useful for people who regularly work across multiple devices.
Motorola also offers a Moto Folio Keyboard, which can turn the tablet into a more laptop-like workstation. The keyboard attaches magnetically and also includes a dedicated holder for the Moto Pen.
Dimensity 6400 Processor with 8GB RAM
The Moto Pad 70 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor. It is designed to handle everyday tasks such as browsing, online classes, video streaming, multitasking, and productivity apps smoothly.
The tablet comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Users can expand the storage by up to 2TB using a microSD card, providing plenty of space for apps, photos, videos, and documents.
Massive 10,200mAh Battery
The Moto Pad 70 packs a large 10,200mAh battery. Motorola claims users can get up to 13 hours of YouTube streaming on the tablet.
