The offer is available for both new and existing Vi postpaid users.
However, there is one important condition. Only customers who have never subscribed to or paid for Spotify Premium before can claim the free subscription.

What Happens After the Free Trial Ends?
Once the three-month free period is over, you can continue using Spotify Premium through Vi’s Add to Bill feature.
Under this option, the Spotify Premium subscription charge of ₹139 per month will be added directly to your monthly Vi postpaid bill.
You can choose to continue or stop the service after the trial ends.
