If you invested in Sahara India and are still waiting for your refund, there is some relief.
The government has reopened the resubmission option on the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal.
This option is for depositors whose earlier claims were rejected due to errors or whose payments were not processed.
Now, you can correct the mistakes and resubmit your claim online.
Who Can Use the Resubmission Facility?
At present, this facility is available for depositors with claims up to ₹10 lakh.
If your earlier application had deficiencies, you can log in, fix the errors, and submit it again through the portal.
Once a properly corrected claim is submitted, it will be processed within 45 working days.
The entire process is digital, making it faster and more transparent.
Claims Up to ₹50,000 Already Processed
So far, claims of ₹50,000 or less have already been processed for depositors whose details were successfully verified.
If your claim had issues, you would have received a deficiency message on the portal.
With the resubmission option now active, you can correct those errors and apply again without starting from scratch.
Fully Online and Paperless Process
The portal allows depositors to:
Correct claim details
Resubmit applications
Pay required fees
Track claim status
Only online submissions will be accepted.
This digital system removes paperwork and reduces delays, making the refund process smoother.
