iQOO 15R launched in India with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5

iQOO has launched the first affordable flagship phone in its R series, called the iQOO 15R. It uses the same processor as the OnePlus 15R but comes with a slightly larger battery, a dual-camera setup, and an AMOLED display.

This phone is among the first in its segment to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor along with a massive 7600mAh battery. It also has a 144Hz refresh rate, which makes visuals very smooth and attractive.

The device supports IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, 100W fast charging, dual rear cameras, and a 32MP front camera for selfies.

iQOO 15R Price, Variants, and Launch Offers

The iQOO 15R comes in three variants:

8GB RAM + 256GB storage — ₹44,999

12GB RAM + 256GB storage — ₹47,999

12GB RAM + 512GB storage — ₹52,999

There are bank offers of ₹4,000 instant discount with Axis and HDFC cards. After discount, the effective prices become about ₹40,999, ₹43,999, and ₹48,999.

Pre-booking started on March 2, and the sale will begin on March 3, 2026. Customers who pre-book will also get free iQOO/Vivo TWS earbuds.

iQOO 15R Features and Specifications

The iQOO 15R is powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which can handle heavy gaming, multitasking, and all apps smoothly without lag.

It has a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, giving a smooth and immersive experience while scrolling, gaming, or watching videos.

The biggest highlight is its large 7600mAh battery, which supports fast 100W charging.

For photography, the phone has a premium camera setup. On the back, it features a 50MP Sony LYT-700V main camera with OIS

and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, delivering good photos and videos. On the front, there is a 32MP camera for clear selfies and video calls.

The phone also offers IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance for extra durability. It comes with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring fast multitasking and smooth file transfers. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
