Expanding its budget smartphone range, domestic brand Lava International has launched a new smartphone, the Lava Bold N2, in India. This phone is the successor to last year’s Bold N1 and is aimed at entry-level users.

With an affordable price, a large battery, and a clean Android experience, the company is presenting it as a value-for-money device.

In terms of design, the Lava Bold N2 has a square-shaped rear camera module with two lens cut-outs. The frame has a flat design that gives the phone a modern look.

On the front, there is a waterdrop-style notch for the selfie camera. Overall, the phone tries to offer a simple yet slightly premium feel for its price segment.

Lava Bold N2 Specifications and Features

The phone comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. A 90Hz screen in this budget range can be a big advantage for users.

For software, the smartphone runs on Android 15 Go Edition. The company says the phone is free from bloatware

and unnecessary ads, giving a clean and lightweight experience. Android Go is optimized to work smoothly on devices with lower RAM.

For performance, the Lava Bold N2 is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor, which is the same chipset used in its predecessor.

The phone has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It also supports up to 4GB virtual RAM for better multitasking, and storage can be expanded with a microSD card.

Talking about the camera, the phone has a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel main sensor. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

One of its key highlights is the 5000mAh battery, which the company claims can easily last a full day with normal use.

For security, the phone includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also has an IP64 rating, which protects it from dust and light water splashes.

Lava Bold N2 Price and Availability

The Lava Bold N2 has been launched in India at a price of ₹7,499. It is available in only one variant — 4GB RAM + 64GB storage.

The phone comes in two color options: Indus Black and Siachen White. Sales will start from 27 February and it will be available exclusively on Amazon.
