Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd. has announced a new dividend for its shareholders.
This time, the company has declared both an interim dividend and a special dividend. The announcement came along with its quarterly results on January 30.
Dividend Details: ₹220 Per Share
According to the company’s exchange filing, it will pay an interim dividend of ₹195 per share and a special dividend of ₹25 per share. This means shareholders will receive a total dividend of ₹220 per share.
The record date for the dividend is February 5, 2026. The company has stated that the dividend will be paid on or before February 27, 2026.
Notably, the company is paying a special dividend after nine years. Earlier, Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd. had paid a special dividend of ₹362 in May 2017.
Quarterly Results Performance
The company also released its quarterly results on Friday. For the December quarter, its net profit rose by 12.30% to ₹301.50 crore. During the same period, the company reported revenue of ₹1,262 crore.
The company’s EBITDA increased by 8.3% year-on-year and reached ₹402 crore, showing steady operational growth.
Share Price Performance
On Friday, the company’s share price declined by about 1% and touched an intraday low of ₹5,295.05 on the BSE. Over the last one year, the stock has gained 0.64%, while the Sensex has risen by 7.27% during the same period.
