India’s daily commute is getting simpler with Blinkit’s latest offering.

The Bharat Yatra Card is a low-cost transit card designed to make metro and bus travel across cities more convenient.

Priced at just Rs 50, the card is delivered directly to users through Blinkit’s quick-commerce network.

It is powered by RuPay and issued in partnership with Pine Labs.

One Card for All Public Transport

The Bharat Yatra Card is based on India’s National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) framework.

This means you no longer need separate cards for different cities.

With the card, you can:

Tap and pay on NCMC-enabled metro and bus networks

Use it for parking and other transit-related payments

Avoid carrying multiple local transport cards or physical tickets

It’s a unified, hassle-free solution for daily travel.

Key Features and How It Works

Zero-KYC activation: Start using the card immediately after delivery—no paperwork or verification required.

Instant top-up: Recharge the card using UPI, eliminating the need to queue at metro stations or recharge counters.

Tap-and-pay convenience: Payments are made through contactless tap at NCMC-enabled gates and terminals.

This makes travel smooth, especially for occasional commuters.

Availability and How to Get It

Blinkit has started delivering the Bharat Yatra Card in:

Delhi NCR

Bengaluru

Mumbai

Chennai

Ahmedabad

While expansion plans are not yet announced, the card works across all NCMC-supported transport networks in India.

You can order the card directly through the Blinkit app and start using it immediately for hassle-free travel.
