BSNL 4G: India’s government-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has recently launched its 4G network, which has helped it gain more subscribers.
To celebrate this, BSNL has introduced a special Diwali offer for new customers. Under this offer, anyone joining the BSNL network will get unlimited calls, 2GB data per day, and 100 SMS per day — all for just ₹1.
This offer is available only for new users. If you currently use any private telecom service and want to switch to BSNL’s 4G network, you can join through this plan.
However, it is a limited-time offer, so customers should take advantage soon.
Offer Available for a Limited Period
This BSNL offer started on October 15 and will run until November 15. During this time, new users can join BSNL and get unlimited calling, 2GB daily data, and 100 SMS per day for ₹1.
According to the company, the SIM card is free, and users only need to pay ₹1 to activate it.
The plan will be valid for 30 days, after which customers can continue using BSNL services by choosing a regular recharge plan.
Will Porting Users Get the Same Benefits?
BSNL has not clearly stated whether users who port their number from another network will also get the same offer. However, it has confirmed that this plan is mainly meant for new users.
In recent months, BSNL has introduced several attractive plans. As per TRAI data, BSNL has even added more new customers than Airtel. Reports also suggest that the company may launch its 5G services nationwide in the coming months.
BSNL’s Diwali Bonanza Offer
BSNL has named this special scheme its “Diwali Bonanza.” Interestingly, the company launched a similar offer during Independence Day, before its 4G rollout.
Now that BSNL’s 4G network is live across India with around 98,000 towers, this offer is expected to attract more users.
