The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Jan Sudhar Awas Yojana 2025 to provide affordable housing for the poor and underprivileged in Delhi.
Under this scheme, 1172 flats will be available for booking starting September 22, 2025.
Flats are located in 7 areas, including Narela, Rohini, Dwarka Sector-14, Loknayakpuram, Todapur, and Manglapuri Dwarka.
The maximum number of flats are available in Narela, Dwarka Sector-14, and Loknayakpuram.
The last date to apply is December 21, 2025.

Who Can Apply? (EWS Eligibility)
Only economically weaker section (EWS) families can apply for EWS flats.
The applicant’s annual family income must not exceed ₹10 lakh.
How to Book a Flat
Step 1:
Register on the official DDA portal using your PAN card to create a User ID.
Pay a refundable registration fee of ₹2500.
Step 2:
Log in to the portal and select your preferred flat.
Booking will be done on a first-come, first-served basis starting September 22.
You’ll get 15 minutes to book the flat and pay the booking amount.
The full payment must be made within 60 days of booking confirmation.
Payment Details
At booking: Pay ₹50,000 as advance.
Remaining amount: Must be paid within 60 days after receiving the demand letter.
Special Benefit for Persons with Disabilities
They can book a flat by paying only 25% of the total amount.
No need for a separate home loan.
The balance can be paid directly to DDA in easy installments.
This scheme is a big opportunity for low and middle-income families in Delhi to buy their own homes at affordable rates.
