Tata Motors is working on launching the facelifted Punch in India soon. The company is currently testing the new model, which has been spotted in Pune.
What Features Are Expected?
Although the new Tata Punch was seen fully covered during testing, several feature details have emerged.
Reports say the facelift may include a 360-degree camera, connected tail lights, rear parking sensors, and new alloy wheels.
Design Changes
The facelift is expected to have some design updates but not very major ones. Its look might be similar to the Punch EV variant.
Changes could be seen on both the exterior and interior, improving on the current model.
New features may include six airbags as standard, a new 7 to 8-inch instrument cluster, and an updated AC panel.
No Change in Engine
The engine is expected to remain the same as the current model. The facelifted Punch will likely continue with the 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine, delivering 87.8 PS power and 115 Nm torque.
Transmission options are expected to be a 5-speed manual and AMT.
Expected Launch Date
The automaker has not officially announced the launch date yet.
However, the Tata Punch Facelift is expected to be launched in India by December 2025 or early next year.
