Elon Musk has given a big surprise to Grok users. His company xAI has made its multimodal AI tool Grok Imagine free for users around the world, but only for a limited time.
This AI tool can create images from text and also generate videos from images. Musk himself often shares videos made with Grok Imagine on his timeline.
From Premium Feature to Free Access
When it was first launched, Grok Imagine was a premium feature available only to Super Grok and Premium Plus subscribers on iOS.
Later, it was introduced for Android users as well. Now, Musk has made it free for everyone for a limited period.
With this tool, users can create AI-generated images or even make short 15-second videos by animating images.
How to Use Grok Imagine
Using Grok Imagine is very simple:
Install the Grok app on your smartphone (or update it if already installed).
Open the app and go to the Imagine tab.
Tap the image icon in the text box and upload an image.
Enter a text prompt to generate a new AI image.
To animate it, tap on the Make Video option below the generated image.
In just a few moments, your animated video will be ready.
