Apple is preparing to launch the iPhone 17 series in India soon. According to multiple media sources, the lineup will include four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and a new model called iPhone 17 Air.
Leaks and rumors suggest this series could bring one of the biggest design changes in recent years, affecting all four models.
Reports also claim that Apple will drop the ‘Plus’ version and replace it with the iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to be Apple’s thinnest phone ever — just 5.5mm thick, which is nearly half the thickness of current iPhones.
However, Samsung may have already launched a thinner phone, with its new Galaxy S25 Edge measuring 5.8mm, making it the slimmest Android flagship to date.
As per media reports, Apple’s launch event might take place on September 9, 2025, at Apple Park in Cupertino.
Along with the iPhone 17 lineup, Apple is also expected to reveal new versions of the Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple TV, and HomePod.
