Heat and Humidity to Trouble Delhi-NCR for Next 3 Days – See When It Will Rain!

The weather in Delhi and the NCR has changed once again. Since Friday morning, people stepping out have been facing intense heat and strong sunlight.

According to the Meteorological Department, temperatures will continue to rise over the next three days, and the increase in humidity will make things more uncomfortable.

Rising Heat and Humidity Until July 20

As per the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), starting from Thursday, July 18, temperatures across Delhi and the NCR will gradually rise for the next three days.

On July 18, Delhi is expected to record a maximum temperature of 34°C and a minimum of 25°C.

There may be light rain with thunder and lightning in some areas, which could bring brief relief. However, humidity levels will remain high, with a maximum of around 80% and a minimum near 70%.

Cloudy Skies and Light Rain Likely on July 19 and 20

On July 19 and 20, the sky is expected to be mostly cloudy, and there may be light rain or drizzle. The maximum temperature may reach 35°C, while the minimum could be around 26°C.

Humidity will continue to stay high, so people may still experience sweating and discomfort during the day.

Relief Expected from July 21

According to the IMD, weather conditions may improve from July 21. Moderate to heavy rainfall with thunderstorms is likely on this day. Rain is also expected to continue between July 21 and July 23.

This could bring a drop in temperatures, with the maximum expected to stay between 33°C and 34°C, offering some relief from the heat and humidity.

Although there is no weather warning for the week, people are advised to stay cautious due to the changing weather conditions.

The overall weather pattern in Delhi-NCR continues to show clear signs of the monsoon season.
