Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched the Prestige edition of its premium hatchback, Glanza. A major highlight of this new edition is its upgraded safety features.
Now, all variants of the Glanza will come equipped with 6 airbags as standard.
This change has been made to improve passenger safety, keeping in mind the rising expectations of buyers and updated safety norms in India.
With this update, Glanza matches many higher-end models in terms of safety. The goal is to ensure better protection for both drivers and passengers.
Prestige Package with Cosmetic Upgrades (Limited Time Offer)
Along with the safety upgrade, Toyota has also introduced a limited-time accessory bundle called the “Prestige Package”, available till July 31.
This package includes several cosmetic enhancements to improve the look and feel of the car. It features:
Chrome-trimmed body side mouldings
Premium door visors
Rear lamp and lower grille garnish
Illuminated door sills
Rear skid plate
These accessories are optional and offered by the dealer.
Glanza: Features, Performance & Pricing
The Glanza is based on the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and has been well received in the Indian market.
Over two lakh units have been sold since its launch, thanks to its fuel efficiency, compact size, and feature-rich cabin. It is especially popular among city drivers and first-time buyers.
There are no mechanical changes in the new edition. The Glanza continues to use the 1.2-litre K-series petrol engine, available with both manual and automatic (AMT) transmissions. A CNG variant is also available.
