Zelio E-Mobility has given a major gift to its customers by offering a 2-year standard warranty on all its electric vehicles.
The best part is that this benefit is not only for new buyers—customers who have already purchased Zelio scooters or rickshaws will also get this warranty automatically.
This policy came into effect on 1 April 2025 and is not a limited-time offer. It is a permanent and universal warranty policy that applies to all customers, with no conditions or kilometer limits.
Which parts are covered under the warranty?
According to Zelio, the new warranty policy covers three key components: the motor, controller, and chassis.
These parts are the most important and costly in an electric vehicle, and repairing them usually requires high expenses.
This warranty applies to all electric scooter models in Zelio’s current lineup, including the X-Men, Gracy, Eeva, and Mystery.
It also covers Zelio’s electric three-wheeler (rickshaw), which is especially helpful for business users who rely on their vehicles daily and need regular servicing.
How does the paperless warranty claim work?
Zelio has made the warranty claim process simple and paperless. Customers don’t need to submit any documents. If any part is found faulty, they just need to send the damaged part to the company.
Within three working days of receiving the faulty item, Zelio will send a new replacement part free of cost.
This service is available at over 400 dealerships and service centers across the country.
Another highlight of this policy is that the warranty is transferable.
If the original owner sells the vehicle during the warranty period, the new owner can also use the warranty. This increases the resale value of the vehicle.

Kunal Arya, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Zelio E-Mobility, said, “For us, customer satisfaction begins after the vehicle is sold.”
He explained that offering a 2-year full warranty shows the company’s confidence in the quality and durability of its products.
He also mentioned that features like unlimited kilometer coverage, paperless claims, and warranty transfer reflect Zelio’s transparency and strong commitment to its customers.
