Members can cancel their Prime membership anytime.

If no purchases have been made and no Prime benefits have been used during the membership period, a full refund will be given.

If any benefit has been used, no refund will be issued.

Current Cancellation Policy

Right now, Amazon gives a full refund only if:

  • The membership is canceled within three days of starting.
  • Or, it was converted from a free trial to a paid membership.

If any benefit has been used, charges are applied based on the value of that usage.
