The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced an excellent opportunity for affordable housing in Delhi.
Prices of flats have been reduced by up to 25%, and the booking amount has been lowered to make the scheme more accessible. Now, bookings can be made with just Rs 50,000.
Key Highlights of the Scheme
Discounted Prices: Flat prices have been slashed by 25%.
Lower Booking Fee: Booking starts at Rs 50,000.
Target Beneficiaries: Flats are offered under the Shramik Awas Yojana and Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana, benefiting taxi drivers, daily wage laborers, and the economically weaker sections (EWS).
First Come, First Served: The flats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, making it a significant opportunity for low-income groups.

Bookings for these affordable flats will remain open until March 31, 2025.
The scheme has already gained massive interest, with 7,231 flats booked on March 4 alone, generating around Rs 2,800 crore for DDA.
Eligibility Criteria
The Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme aims to benefit:
1) Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)
2) Auto-rickshaw and taxi drivers (with valid transport department permission and license)
3) Street vendors (registered under PM Swanidhi Yojana)
4) Women and widows of martyrs
5) Disabled individuals
6) People belonging to SC/ST categories
