Ola Electric has introduced electric motorcycles to its lineup on August 15.
The company has released three models in the Roadster series.
Notably, Ola has unveiled the country’s most affordable and powerful electric motorcycle.
During the event, Ola also announced a new update for its riding software, MoveOS, which will be available by Diwali this year.
New Features in MoveOS 5
The upcoming MoveOS 5 will offer several new features to enhance the riding experience.
It will include group navigation, live location sharing, and a road trip mode using Ola Maps.
Additionally, features like smart charging, smart park, TPMS alert, a voice assistant, and predictive insights powered by an AI assistant will be improved.
Users will be able to update to the beta version of the software via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates until Diwali.
Roadster Series Models and Pricing
The new Roadster series includes three models: Roadster, Roadster X, and Roadster Pro.
The base model, Roadster, is the most affordable, starting at Rs 74,999, while the top model, Roadster Pro, is priced up to Rs 2.5 lakh.
According to the company, these motorcycles can travel up to 579 km on a single charge.
They also feature AI capabilities and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
The new motorcycles have positively impacted Ola Electric’s stock performance.
