Changes in LPG Cylinder Prices

On the first of every month, LPG cylinder prices are updated. This includes both domestic and commercial cylinders.

Recently, the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders have seen frequent changes, with the government reducing prices in July.

However, there has been no change in the price of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders for a long time.

New Credit Card Charges

HDFC Bank is implementing new credit card rules from August 1.

If you use HDFC Bank credit cards to pay rent through third-party apps like CRED, Paytm, Mobikwik, and Freecharge, a 1% charge will be applied.

However, fuel transactions under Rs 15,000 will not incur additional charges, while a 1% charge will apply to transactions above this amount.

Updates to ATF and CNG-PNG Rates

Oil companies update the rates of Air Turbine Fuel (ATF) and CNG-PNG on the first of every month.

New prices for these fuels will be announced on August 1, affecting aviation and gas consumers.

Changes to Google Maps Service Charges

From August 1, Google Maps will implement new rules in India.

The service charges will be reduced by 70%, and payments will now be made in rupees instead of dollars, making the service more affordable for Indian users.
