Upcoming IPOs Bring Fresh Mainboard Issues
SRIT India is scheduled to open for subscription on September 28 and close on September 30.
The company has fixed a price band of Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share and plans to raise Rs 218.40 crore through the issue.
Shah Investor’s Home is also scheduled to open on September 28 and close on September 30. Its price band has been fixed at Rs 159 to Rs 167 per share, with an issue size of about Rs 90.17 crore.
Both SRIT India and Shah Investor’s Home are expected to list on the stock exchanges in early October, subject to completion of the IPO process.
Current IPO schedules show October 6 as the proposed listing date for both issues.
Four IPOs Keep Primary Market Busy
Several mainboard IPOs that opened on September 25 will remain relevant for investors during the coming week because their subscription windows close on September 29.
These include Orient Cables, Runwal Enterprises, AceVector and German Green Steel & Power.
Orient Cables has a price band of Rs 258 to Rs 272 per share and an issue size of Rs 552 crore.
Runwal Enterprises has fixed its price band at Rs 290 to Rs 305, with the company seeking to raise Rs 500 crore.
AceVector, the parent company of Snapdeal, is offering shares in a price band of Rs 30 to Rs 32. Its issue size is Rs 420 crore, while German Green Steel & Power is raising about Rs 303.90 crore at a price band of Rs 132 to Rs 139.
