There is good news for shareholders of Uni Abex Alloy Products. The iron and steel company has announced a total dividend of ₹100 per share for the financial year 2025-26.
This includes a final dividend of ₹40 per share and a special dividend of ₹60 per share.
Investors who qualify on the record date will receive the dividend after shareholder approval.
Record Date and Payment Schedule
The company has fixed September 2, 2026, as the record date. Shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or in the records of depositories on this date will be eligible for the dividend.
The shares have a face value of ₹10.
The dividend will be placed for approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 9, 2026. If approved, the payment will be made on or after September 16, 2026.
For comparison, the company had declared a final dividend of ₹35 per share for FY2025.

According to BSE data, Uni Abex Alloy Products reported a standalone net profit of ₹72.6 million during the April-June 2026 quarter.
The company recorded revenue of ₹41 million, while earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹367.3 million.
For the full FY2026, the company reported standalone revenue of ₹2,187.8 million, net profit of ₹2,798.6 million, and earnings per share (EPS) of ₹1,417 million.
