There is an important update for railway passengers in Madhya Pradesh and across the country.

Indian Railways has ended the 3% special discount that was available on ticket bookings through the RailOne Super App.

The discount, which applied to both reserved and unreserved tickets, was offered on a trial basis and remained valid until June 14, 2026.

From June 15 onwards, passengers booking tickets through the app will have to pay the full fare.

One App for Almost Every Railway Service

RailOne is Indian Railways’ integrated Super App that brings multiple railway services together on a single platform.

After downloading the app, passengers can access several railway facilities without needing separate applications.

Apart from booking tickets, users can order food during their journey, check train running status, track coach positions, and raise complaints related to cleanliness, security, electricity, water supply, and bedroll services through Rail Madad.

The app is designed to make railway travel more convenient by offering all these services in one place.

How to Download and Use RailOne

Getting started with RailOne is simple. Passengers can download the app directly from the Google Play Store.

Existing IRCTC users can log in using their current IRCTC user ID and password.

New users can create an account within the app.

Those who previously used RailConnect or UTS on Mobile can also log in with their existing credentials.

Major Features of the RailOne Super App

RailOne offers several useful features for passengers, including:

Single login access to multiple railway services

Booking of reserved, unreserved, platform tickets, and monthly season tickets (MST)

Real-time train tracking and PNR status updates

Coach position information

Food ordering during journeys

Retiring room and lounge booking

Information on IRCTC tour packages and special trains

R-Wallet facility for faster and secure payments

Available in Multiple Indian Languages

According to Bhopal Railway Division Public Relations Officer Naval Agarwal, the RailOne Super App has been developed with a user-friendly interface and supports several Indian languages, including Hindi and English.

Railways has also encouraged passengers currently using the UTS on Mobile app to switch to RailOne, as it combines multiple services on a single platform and aims to make train travel easier and more convenient.

While the 3% ticket booking discount has now ended, RailOne continues to offer a wide range of railway services through a single app, making it a useful tool for regular train travellers.
