Manipal Health Enterprises is all set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
The healthcare company is looking to raise ₹9,275.22 crore through this public issue.
The IPO subscription window will remain open for three days and will close on Friday, July 31, 2026.

The company has set the IPO price band at ₹560 to ₹590 per share.
Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 25 shares, which means the minimum investment required at the upper price band will be ₹14,750.
The IPO includes a fresh issue of 13.56 crore equity shares worth ₹8,000 crore.
Along with this, the company will also offer 2.16 crore shares through an offer for sale (OFS), valued at ₹1,275.22 crore.

How Will Manipal Health Enterprises Use IPO Funds?
The company plans to use the money raised from the fresh issue mainly to reduce debt and support future growth plans.
A major portion of the funds will be used for repayment or prepayment of borrowings, including interest payments, of its subsidiary Manipal Hospitals Private Limited.
The company also plans to use part of the proceeds to acquire a minority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary. Remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
