Indo-MIM’s Rs 3,811 crore IPO received bids for 3,98,58,76,230 shares against the 5,50,74,644 shares available.
The subscription details were:
Retail investor category: 6.69 times subscribed.
Non-institutional investor (NII) category: 50.65 times subscribed.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category: 204.47 times subscribed.
The IPO was open for subscription from July 23 to July 27, 2026.
The company is expected to complete the allotment process on July 28, while refunds and share credits to successful investors are expected on July 29.

Indo-MIM IPO Grey Market Premium (GMP) Today
According to market observers, Indo-MIM shares were trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of around Rs 190 per share on Tuesday.
Based on the upper IPO price band of Rs 485, the estimated listing price could be around Rs 675 per share.
This suggests a possible listing gain of nearly 39.18%.
