Goodluck India Announces First-Ever Bonus Shares for Investors

Goodluck India Limited has made a big announcement for its shareholders. The iron and steel products company will issue bonus shares for the first time in its history.

The company has approved a 2:1 bonus issue, which means investors will receive 2 bonus shares for every 1 share they own. However, the company has not yet announced the record date to determine eligible shareholders.

The stock reacted positively to the news. On Monday, Goodluck India shares closed at ₹1,631.25 on the BSE after gaining more than 4%. During the trading session, the stock also touched a new 52-week high of ₹1,672.75.

Stock Has Delivered Massive Returns

Goodluck India has been one of the biggest multibagger stocks in recent years. Over the last 6 years, the company’s share price has surged by more than 4,000%.

The stock was trading at ₹39.55 on July 17, 2020, and closed at ₹1,631.25 on July 13, 2026.

Strong Performance in Recent Months

The stock has continued its strong rally in recent months.

Goodluck India shares have gained 48% in the last 3 months and 24% in the past one month. Since the beginning of 2026, the stock has climbed more than 53%.

The company’s market value crossed ₹5,422 crore on July 13. Its 52-week high stands at ₹1,672.75, while the 52-week low is ₹915.

Company Had Earlier Split Its Shares

Goodluck India has also carried out a stock split in the past.

In June 2009, the company split each ₹10 face value share into five shares with a face value of ₹2 each.

The company manufactures steel pipes, structural fabrications, forgings, and automobile tubes.

Its products are used in major infrastructure projects, including railway bridges, solar structures, and defence systems. Goodluck India supplies its products to both Indian and international markets.
