Shareholders who qualify will receive a final dividend of ₹33 per share, subject to approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
July 3 Fixed as Record Date
Escorts Kubota has announced Friday, July 3, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend. The company plans to pay a final dividend of ₹33 per fully paid equity share with a face value of ₹10.
Earlier, the company had already declared a special dividend of ₹18 per share. With this, the total dividend payout for FY26 will reach ₹51 per equity share.
The company has clarified that the final dividend will be paid only after shareholders approve it at the AGM.
AGM to Be Held on July 15
Escorts Kubota’s 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for July 15, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing and other audio-visual means, in line with regulatory guidelines.
The company said that shareholders holding shares in demat form must be registered as beneficial owners by the end of July 3 to become eligible for the final dividend.
If shareholders approve the proposal during the AGM, the dividend amount will be paid within 30 days of the meeting.
Strong Growth in March Quarter Results
Escorts Kubota reported strong financial performance in the March quarter of FY26. The company’s consolidated profit after tax rose 18% year-on-year to ₹320.5 crore, compared to ₹271.6 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations increased by 21.4% to ₹2,968.2 crore, up from ₹2,444.9 crore a year ago. Meanwhile, consolidated EBITDA jumped 32.3% to ₹380.5 crore, indicating improved operational performance.
What Are Brokerages Saying?
Brokerage firm Axis Direct has maintained a “Hold” rating on Escorts Kubota shares. However, it has slightly reduced its 12-month target price for the stock from ₹3,590 to ₹3,530.
On Thursday, Escorts Kubota shares closed 0.54% higher at ₹2,948.30. Despite the recent gain, the stock remains down around 22% so far in 2026.
