Chirayu Ayushman Haryana has been expanded to cover more families, allowing households with annual income above Rs 1.80 lakh to access cashless healthcare of up to Rs 5 lakh a year by paying an annual premium.

Eligibility will be decided using the verified annual income recorded in the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).

The scheme provides treatment at empanelled hospitals across Haryana.

Chirayu Ayushman Haryana Premium Slabs

Families with annual income between Rs 1.80 lakh and Rs 3 lakh will have to pay Rs 1,500 a year for the coverage.

Those with annual income between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh will pay Rs 4,000 annually.

Families earning more than Rs 6 lakh a year will have to pay Rs 5,000.

The coverage provides up to Rs 5 lakh in cashless treatment per family each year at eligible hospitals.

How to Apply for Chirayu Ayushman Haryana

Eligible families can apply through the scheme’s online portal.

Applicants need to provide their Parivar Pehchan Patra details and complete the verification process.

After verification, the applicable premium can be selected and paid online.

The premium collection portal will remain open until November 30, 2026.

When Will the New Coverage Start?

The new policy period will run from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027.

Families who meet the income criteria can complete registration and premium payment within the specified period.

The scheme is aimed at extending affordable cashless healthcare coverage to families that fall outside the fully subsidised income category but still want protection against high medical expenses.

Chirayu Ayushman Haryana therefore offers different premium options based on family income while keeping the annual healthcare cover at up to Rs 5 lakh.
